Random Eatz & Catering is owned & operated by Father & Son owners, David & Seth Morgan. Mom, Robin & other son, Sam, help as needed.
Our fondest memories as a family have always been around food and as we full-time R.V. traveled across the U.S. (2016-2018), we always seemed to search out the best & most unique, local eatz.
Even though we've always been an entrepreneurial family, as well as, David cooking in the Navy, and our youngest son having aspirations for culinary school, we hadn't yet tried our hand in food vending. Until...
Seth brought up the interest of owning a HoT DoG cart after eating at Franks Franks cart (in Spokane Valley). David jumped on board & they decided to start with a Fresh-squeezed Lemonade stand the summer of 2022.
The added real fruit purees and smashing the real lemons on site, with each order, has been a hit with the customers. After some great responses at Farmer's markets & different events around town, we decided to expand and add a Hot DoG cart the Spring of 2023.
We proudly serve 100% All-Beef Hot dogs(no fillers) & a variety of Pork Sausages (with no fillers or unrecognizable ingredients). Also offered is a large selection of condiments for the customers to choose from.
We hope to expand into other Random Eatz, as time goes on.
We look forward to the opportunity of serving & catering at many more events & locations around the Greater Spokane area.
